In order to actively respond to the call of Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry and thoroughly implement the spirit of the "Outline for Building Hebei Province into a Quality-Strong Province", on the morning of May 14, led by the Enterprise Management Department, more than 30 management personnel and grass-roots backbone employees from various units participated in the "Provincial Industrial Enterprise Lean Management Training" by watching the online live broadcast. With the theme of "Lean Empowerment, Cost Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement", this training provided theoretical guidance for enterprises to improve management efficiency and optimize production processes through theoretical analysis, case sharing and experience exchange.
This training specially invited well-known domestic lean management experts to systematically interpret the core concepts and development context of lean production. Starting from the origin of the Toyota Production System (TPS), it deeply analyzed the practical value of the three principles of "eliminating waste, continuous improvement, and full participation" in the lean manufacturing industry. The expert emphasized: "Lean is not only a theoretical tool, but also a transformation of thinking mode. Enterprises need to start from the overall value chain, identify and eliminate non-value-added links, so as to truly achieve efficiency leap."
During the training, a number of "lean benchmark enterprises" in Hebei Province shared their experience in implementing lean management. For example, Shijiazhuang Enric Company achieved a new breakthrough in production line capacity and significantly improved the on-time delivery rate by introducing the "Lean ONE Mode". These typical lean production cases aroused in-depth thinking of the on-site trainees and their strong interest in participating in lean production practice.
This training not only strengthened the trainees' mastery of lean concepts and tools, but also injected new impetus into the company's lean production to reach a new level, build new productive forces and achieve high-quality development.
